I bought 10m from them last night while they were on break. I came back this morning to get my gold, but they said that they were out of stock(on the site's livechat). I said that I would wait. It had been a few hours and I was tired of waiting so I asked for a refund. I sent multiple messages and waited a few minutes. However, they decided to close the livechat before I could take screenshots of the conversation. I never received my gold and the order is still pending on their site as you can see in this screenshot. I've even tried emailing them but they are ignoring me. You can see here that I've sent the payment and have not received a refund. You can see here that the livechat is no longer available to me.

It's really disappointing that big sites like this can scam people for little amounts and most likely get away with it.
