He sends me the money at 8AM and I am not online or awake without me telling him to. Then I come back to him the next day and I explain why I was gone and then he has already chargedbacked all of his payments including the payment where I have given him the codes for already.

Regarding this dispute, did you end up charging back the payments on your PayPal? If you're OK with the refund and such he can go ahead and high pardon and see if it leads to his unban.

I rather wait till the cases close so I can pay my debt to him but he should of been the one more attend to his business and not AFK a whole day with a simple message but has time to browse forums.

I sent him 140$ which took my remaining balances so I can't send him any money, at all until I get my funds back.
