Explanation:

On the 14th of September I joined @Lucky Charm as a Worker.
To cut the long story short, I was then promoted to Worker-Manager around a month later and finally on the 28th of October promoted to Manager in his discord Server.

Is it to note that ALL The mentioned promotions came from his request, in light of all my hard work and good work ethic as he always stated, I was offered the mentioned promotions which I gladly took up on as things were 'so far so good' at the time.

I'm not going to hide behind my thumb, there were issues that had escalated such as me posting to advertise a service that was not offered by his discord as 'freelance' for my own -- and in these cases after discussing it with @Lucky Charm , I always gave in and decided to remove the threads etc.
Mind you, I had never signed a Do Not Compete Contract, so none of what I was doing was actually breaking any Contracts.

Again to shorten things, on the 9th of November I decided that what I was doing pretty much over at his services was running the entire operation and still getting a hefty cut removed. I'm not saying this was just, I'm saying that I decided that if I were to be good at doing all that I was doing, aka managing an entire osrs service, I wanted to eventually get out and do it myself, for myself. So on the 9th, I put in my resignation, got my deposit paid back.

At many points did I make it a fact that I never wanted any beef with Lucky, however earlier today he burst the bubble.

I invited a couple of people from my Discord Friend list over to my server, believe it or not the reason behind this was to test that my Plasma bot was actually logging in-invites in preparation for the actual launch of the Server on the first of December.

One of the people I invited happened to be also residing in @Lucky Charm 's discord server and as soon as he received the invite, he informed Lucky about it.

Here is where things start getting aggressive over NOTHING.

As far as I'm aware inviting someone over that happens to reside in someone else's discord is not against any rules, however @Lucky Charm thinks that this is is to be classified as "Poaching customers".

In the Span of the last 30 minutes he's been asking customers that are in my discord weather they've ever purchased a service from Lucky and if they were asked to not go through with more services from Lucky and instead join my discord server.

@Lucky Charm , I will address you directly on this, NO my friend, none of the people that have moved on from your discord to my discord were ever FORCED, OBLIGED or MANIPULATED into moving or stopping services from you. And they've already spoken to me and made it clear that they by not even the slightest feel this way.

I'm going to be honest with you here, you know why these people have moved? Here's nice list for you to read and think on:

• You treated them like shit, you were too busy at times to even bother speaking with them unless it was directly related to you collecting money.
• You lied to them in your faces and you even got staff including myself to blabber the same lies to make your server look "LEGIT". Telling customers that your workers are all VATTED and none reside in Venezuela when the majority of them actually ARE Vennies. (P.S. I have no discrimination over Venezuela workers and I do not want to sound like I'm against them or anything.)
• During my Notice Period you hired around 7 workers in a period of a few days, 2 of them which were removed, one of which you confirmed that was BOTTING / USING Bannable PLUGINS whilst also being employed with you and doing relevant work for your own customers. I would like to also point out that while writing this report it was also brought to my attention that Lucky has been chasing people in my discord asking them (or shall we say forcing them) to be manipulated into saying that I stole them as customers from Lucky Charm and got them over to my services.

I would like to emphasize that NO CUSTOMER was Forced to leave Lucky Charm's Discord. These customers were told the truth by myself, that I had resigned and I was starting my own business, while on the other hand, Lucky decided to keep my resignation secret, even tho I was the one hosting 500M giveaways in his discord, weekly drop parties and was the main focus of why certain people did business in his server.

Some of the same people I'm mentioning above are so scared, that they are thinking that having Lucky pm'ing them might cause them to be in a situation where they loose accounts that they bought off him... which I think is unfair. Screenshot

To round it up, he's also sent an @everyone announcement in his server, with FALSE accusations AND SERIOUS LIES about me. This will NOT be tolerated. He's clearly WITHOUT PROOF trying to damage my reputation by saying that I'm a ''Scammer'' and that those who join my server will be ''scammed''

Conclusion:

I never intended to end up here reporting someone which I've always thanked for helping me out and showing me around the community and whatnot, however I will not be a victim to his harassment, lies and bullying.

I dont seem to grasp why you are reporting someone for a violation just to be the on first to report. What is the reason of your report? As you fail to put it in words yourself.

Now let's get into the actual violation. Namely i gave this guy the opportunity to manage my discord, while he was managing the discord he was collecting vouches on his own behalf and having his own threads up which was not in line with what we agreed upon. This is also called double-vouching which is not in line with the Sythe Rules and i reported those posts on his vouch thread ( i am sure a moderator can check this )

I kind of knew where he was going when he started to increase his donor rank and gaining even more vouches, and then he decided to leave me and mention how he would never compete with me.

However when i payed him his full deposit back he started to poach my customers. And even got one customers account banned (report of this customer will be following)
Nice accusations and all that when it is clear that i gave you so much opportunity, however you decided to turn my back against me and rob customers that were opening firecape tickets to redirect them to your own discord. The evidence is clear as day.

You can see that literally all of the customers in his discord are already in mine.

Next time someone gives you an opportunity to become manager in their discord, please don't try to steal their customers. Not necessary at all and such a scumbag move after all i did for you.


TLDR: Was gaining double vouches while working for my service on his own behalf, then started poaching customers by using ticket information and trying to redirect them to his own server. More evidence will follow.

 

All that you've just said means nothing to me and hopefully to whoever is reading, but I'll reply to your points just so you don't get away with mention misleading things on me.

1. The Double Vouching -- You made me aware that certain customers left vouches on my profile as well as vouches on your thread. I had no idea that these people vouched on both of our threads, so I immediately took action by REPORTING them myself. I REPORTED them not YOU. They were immediately action right afterwards. Mods can confirm who actually reported the vouches
2. Customer mentioned that he got banned while using my services - He did mention it, and we did resolve it, you're only mentioning it here because you're trying to get advantage, why not take a look at your own first? https://www.sythe.org/threads/lucky-charm-banned-after-service-for-macroing
3. Inviting YOUR CUSTOMERS? Did you put a label on them or something? As far as I'm aware, and can also been seen in the screenshot you attached, I invited a person to join my discord server. I never mentioned the word or referred to ''LuckyCharm'' in my invite. So don't come saying I'm trying to Poach your customers. You also clearly know that you've removed my rank to see whatever goes in your discord ticket system so don't come lying saying I had ticket information.

P.S. How dare you even try to manipulate people into trying to think that I'm scamming them? or that I'm ''Botting their accounts?''
Remember when you told me to stay back off a Customer Issue on a Macro Ban because you YOU KNOW STUFF? Clearly you do bud, cuz every 2-3 days is a botting report, or issue with similar situations with you.

 

About the venezuelan part, he is trying to gain evidence by opening a ticket on his alt discord and failed so hard doing so.

Well you are inviting people of my discord (my customers) to your discord. Which is not in line with just basic ethics, as well as the rules.

You're being quite silly to keep saying that I'm inviting your customers, again, I'm asking you the same thing you've not answered, HAVE YOU PUT A LABLE OR A TAG ON THEM to show they are your CUSTOMERS and only YOURS?
I think that is it obvious that we are operating in a black market were competition is healthy and very aggressive, but you come here and call an invite you a common customer a poach? No way you are this dumb.

It is 100% clear what you have been doing, if they go willing or not is not the point here it is that you use ticket information of my server as a worker/manager for your own benefit and your own server. Instead of helping customers within my discord you redirect them to yours. That is the definition of poaching.

What is clear to me is that you've all of a sudden stopped caring to reply to my questions and you're dodging anything you can. The true example and definition of a COWARD.
