Well first of all the first two pics don't really show that it was you account, as you could've done that on paint. The msn convo picture does not does not show him admitting to taking it back, and the chat logs do not count as proof.

I am sorry for your loss, I'll leave it to another mod for final decision.

 

Alright ix syed ix MM'ed trade and he took pictures of both accounts ill have him post pictures that it was my account, thanks for looking at this.
