I Should Not Be Banned

Hi i'm torsonoob and i have been banned for scamming but all that the proof was is an offline msn screenshot. i told him i was not going to deal with him because he treated me like shit. is that scamming? after i got banned he also messaged me on msn saying haha i mean come on please. I have done nothing wrong. Why should i be punished?
