I see this ban immature

Really Mods?
I was recently banned for the action of RATin'g which i feel is unfair for a few reasons.
1. The proof that i was RATin'g was a message saying can someone help me setup my RAT. This doesn't show any proof that i actually did RAT, maybe i attempted it yes but gave it up quickly
2. It had nothing to do with Sythe. It's not like i was posting a thread on Sythe saying download this or that, it was on a whole DIFFERENT site.
3. The thing i am most angered about is that this happened maybe seven months ago. Yes i attempted to RAT people, but i never successfully even setup a RAT and like i said i tried just setting it up over half a year ago.
There was a reason i stopped, I simply didn't want to be apart of that community anymore.
4. Now i just got a permanent ban instead of a 3 day ban. I HAVE NEVER RAT'ed ANYONE! I CAME TO SYTHE TO BUY AND SELL VIRTUAL GOODS NOT TO GET BANNED FOR SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED OVER HALF A YEAR AGO AND THAT NEVER REALLY 100% HAPPENED!

Does the crime fit the cause?

Please All Sythe Mods or whoever reads this I am sorry for something i never did seven months ago but i just want to come back to sythe. I really just recently started posting and being more active and now it got taken away very fast.

I feel like i stole candy from a store a year ago, felt guilty, put it back then next day, the police found i stole it and arrested me for it.

 

If you've scammed in the past, but felt guilty, and paid them back, don't you think there would be consequences still? Cases on blackhat activites are tricky, I need to see if they were actually using the software harmfully, and you just said you have attempted the RAT before. So, the ban is warranted, in my opinion. But, I would like you to make a high pardon, though.
