i posted around 2 weeks ago now asking about my account issues, still had no reply:/ surely it cant take this long.

i haven't been able to access my sythe account as i reset firefox, and i was using a randomized password which i forgot. my sythe name is Crato

been waiting a while now just to get a reply from someone,
would of thought a week maximum, but this is just kinda ridiculous. i know there is server issues, and i know im just a random person, but 2 weeks+ even if i had 1 post is a joke tbh

Try the email recovery now, it should work.
