    Received false ban for scamming
    My autoshop had an issue with some unverified accounts, which resulted in a customer who decided to contact you instead of me.

    I've contacted the user on email in order to provide a replacement account, I am not here to scam, I am here to do business.

    All this happend while I was asleep, so it wasn't even possible for me to resolve before now.
