NOTE: I've contacted paypal by phone they said they'll look into his paypal details for me. I'll most likely get my money back and he'll be contacted irl. But still even though i'll most likely get my money back. We don't need scammers like this on sythe! - let's get this guy banned

I sent the $9.00 he Logged out / Blocked me. theres been some scam accusations on his thread the other guy didn't have proof lucky I was a bit curious and made sure I pictured the whole conversation here is my proof to get him banned:
