I Need Vista Help!!!

Alright my computer keeps crashing and idk whats up i did a virus scan and it got rid of 2 virus but it keeps crashing when i use the internet and sometimes without.. so im using safe mode atm but its laggy as a bitch

does anyone know how i can Reboot my computer with out using a disc cause when i got my laptop it already had vista on it ... they dont give out the disc anymore >.<


So does anyone know a site or a place where i can Reboot it Off a site or something HELP.. or do you know where i can download windows Xp for Free Like a Hacked version or something ....
