Ok Hi Ive come here to get help, I NEED help with getting un-muted I apologized but then I realized it wasn't me it was someone training my account with shall I do?

Don't apologize it doesn't get blackmarks taken off. You can say someone was incontrol of your account but you'll get your account locked. If you're permanently muted you can also use last chance mute.
