    Trade with caution?

I read on the home page that this is manually given to people who've done something suspicious, yet I've not listed anything for sale here, or even conversed a sale. I'm still relatively new. I'm here to get cheaper gold as I've been purchasing for RuneScape4u for months now, multiple times per week. =|

Uh, I see. 20c/m isn't suspiciously high though. I did do a mid 30c/m RS3 during my first day here in hopes to get some purchases to gain a few vouches but I had zero contacts... Can I get this removed?

Looks like he was just trying to get cheap GP, unless I'm missing something.

I don't see the need to keep a TWC on him for now. The only real need for a TWC is in the event of an attempted scam, besides buying gold would result in a chargeback no matter what the price if he was here for that reason.
Also with market changes being done every 4 days or so on Rs3 I can understand why he lowered the price afterwards.

    Thanks for the support guys!

I'm here strictly to buy GP, I'm going first, I'm PayPal verified.

A little bit unfair that I've got this 'black mark' on my name when I've never scammed or even attempted to scam a fellow member. :(

    Mark,
Post a pardon in the dispute forum and make the title '' Requesting TWC Removal'' and explain your situation. The staff will vote or provide their feedback on the situation after hearing you out. Make sure to be very detailed and explain everything you were thinking of and why you don't think you should have been given the TWC.

    Best of luck!

I'm the one who reported you. Your first post on these forums indicated that you were attempting to buy "partyhats and bulk gp" at 0.38/m. That ridiculously high price, combined with the payment method being PayPal (infamous for being very very easy to chargeback payments) led me to believe you were trying to scam, so i requested a TwC. Clearly, someone agrees.

Editing that post to 0.20/m and claiming your original offer was a "newcomer special" isn't going to change my mind.

If he's new to the site it could've just been he didn't know the price. Even some gold sites still show .3-.4/M buy/sell price and have outdated information.

You're assuming a lot of things. TwCs are issued to members acting suspiciously as a way to warn others to prevent a possible scam. Offering to buy bulk gp and partyhats worth several hundreds of dollars at a price almost double that of every other buyer is pretty suspicious. This seems obvious to me.

But he is right, OP. You can dispute your TwC and let mods offer their support or lack thereof.
