Well, I need a loan for 15 large... I can pay you back with in a year and a half, I can pay you back $35,000... we would have to get it signed by a lawyer and everything that I will pay you back, if interested PM me..

You'll need to explain your plans and put across a proposal. Nobody, and I mean nobody is going to be interested in someone simply asking for 15k. I laughed so hard to be honest, not in an offensive way just that this is the worst investment prospect I have ever seen.
