Giddy, I'd like to be unbanned. I'm "Mod David". My ban dispute was accepted after providing valid evidence to the user 'KeroKeroCola" on msn. This guy took me as a joke.. When he told me My unban was accepted, but I still keep TWC Rank I told him I want the TWC removed or my account to be deleted.. After I requested this we talked for a little bot more , I explained to him why I was frustead and angry using a rl situation, and now he actually understands why I'm frustrated. If I knew I could request a TWC I would of never requested my account to be deleted.. (It wasn't deleted my account unban was reversed and I remain banned, and according to kero was supposed to be perm ban because of my "Request") I would of never requested anything if Kero told me I could I dispute the TWC..

The tools are stolen the next day, I get called into the office and deny it, and a week later my check has negative whatever the tools cost.

If I scammed from work, they'd have me arrested and put in jail.

He clearly states I can't dispute a TWC Rank. With that answer I requested my account to be deleted. We talked some more, than he states I can dispute the TWC..., and than he said I had to create another dispute to be my unban reversed. Here I am trying to get my Ban Reversed now..

Just to be clear, I said nobody on the staff will SUPPORT the removal of his TWC. Didn't say he couldn't try.

My $.02: He needs to sit with the TWC, just like ANYBODY issued a TWC, because he needs to prove he can trade safely.


As far as the request to unban DESPITE him requesting a ban & account deletion: I'm indifferent. I technically requested the ban, so if it's necessary I'll support the removal of my request.

 

Honestly quit your bitching. I saw the MSN convos of you and kerokercola. Dont come here demanding things as if you are entitled to them, being on the site is not a right, and considering the blatant disrespect you have shown to members of the staff thus far you are lucky to be getting unbanned (which you will be as soon as a global can get around to it).
