ok guys, im in need of combat and non combat skills, im payin upto 2m for this account done fast!!!

ok the account has like 10 attack , 15 str and 20 def.

ill need 40 attack , 60 str , 20 def , 50 range , 45 wc , 40 fishing and cooking.
