I Laffd is a scammer!

Briefly explain the trade: We were supposedly trading 20m for a 10$ game card. He said he needed to have the membership so he could sell some members items for the 20m. I gave him the code and he had some "trouble" putting it in. He finally got it and told me to meet at the GE. After a chase around rs he said he dropped it and logged.
How they scammed: He didn't give me the 20m and used the code on his account.
