I, Kolsd, tried to abuse Sythe rules to scam 50$

Not rlly but i did mention to him i had same issues with accounts when i buy from other sellers, once they get locked they never help to unlock.

He did say he is OO of them, so i assumed will have no issues getting them back

@Mind Maker I'd like to remind you of the following Sythe rule:

"Anyone who wishes to sell an account must maintain "recovery responsibility" (they must refund their buyer if the account is recovered or becomes locked and they are unable to unlock it) for at least a month after the sale. If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility for two years."

Normally i just press unlock and it automatically goes to my email and i just unlock (this mostly happens with login emails like [email protected])

With gmail and other domains for some reason it always go to orginal email (same as account login) Thats the reason why i asked for fake emails to prevent issue like this happening, as i had no issues with them in past

 

Im sure 50$ refund isnt an option. Just give me acc replacement, or just do some 50$ worth of skilling/questing on my other accounts.

 

With regards to the presented terms the rule on Sythe states: "No one can sell an account and claim 0 responsibility for recoveries! 1 month is the minimum liability they must agree to."

@Mind Maker can you come to a deal with @kolsD ? For instance, can you replace the account or give him a refund? I'd rather have it that you two find a solution together.

Read my previous posts; that specific term is voided by Sythe rules. You must guarantee at least one month of unlock responsibility - otherwise you're liable and the buyer can claim a refund.

Why is this the case? The current term that you have, which essentially assumes no responsibility is voided by Sythe rules, meaning that there are no terms with regards to recovery responsibility, meaning that there is an automatic 2 years responsibility per Sythe rules.

Please unlock the account @Mind Maker . If you cannot unlock the account you must refund @kolsD
