I just dont understand it. (Staking)

So Ive given up on no weapon boxing since I loose 9/10 times.
Now im trying whip boxing which seems alot funner and faster to me.
Im lv 138 maxed melee.
But I keep gaining, then loosing. Doesnt seem to make sense.

I started with 4m, went down to 2m, up to 7m and finally down to 0.
Busted out another 5m, went down to 3m, up to 4m, and down to 2m, down to 1, and finally to 0.

Can somebody explain to me how this Money making process works.

 

theres a technique on doing it, dont ask what, but try figure it out. you need to switch your attack styles thats all i know

Example on how to make money staking:
Say your banks 50m for the hell of it (You should only stake a certain percentage of your bank). Say you lose 5m three times to the same staker. So that's 15m total but you still want to profit right? So you stake 20m and odds are you most likely will win (Even though you've lost 3 times in a row and you have a 50% chance of winning). So you win that fight and you've profited 5m
even though you lost 3 times in a row.

I realized how hard that was to understand sorry my bad.

 

This is how people lose all their money at real casinos. The probability of winning or losing never changes, yet people think they're more likely to win because they've lost three in a row.

And to op, I'm not too sure about whip boxing as I mainly do DDS, but there are three foolproof rules to follow when staking any style:
1. GET THE FIRST HIT. This is so important you shouldn't even bother trying to stake if you have slow internet, because you'll be at a gigantic disadvantage. This almost always decides the winner of the fight, so practice!

2. Only stake players with lower stats than yourself. It might take you a bit longer to find people to fight, but you'll always have the advantage. If you stick to this rule and the one above it, you'll always have a profit at the end of your session.

3. Never stake more than a quarter of your bank at a time. EVER.

When boxing against same lvl opponents I usually start out with 1 mil stake if I lose then I always double up the amount I stake and degrease it if I win. Also if you clearly lose 2-3 times to same player then its better to quit and find someone else to stake. Note this only works if your boxing against same lvls
