It could be right to some extent if it were a singular noun, but by referring to the community and/or the *Company* (Is that website even a company!?) you're implying there are more than one person.
Plus I didn't like how it rolled off the tongue belonging to Morgan Freeman as I read everything in his voice.

You mixed it up. If it's singular the correct answer is doesn't, and I'm pretty sure that at least technically, corporations are grammatically treated as people, since the legal corporate personhood and Mitt Romney have shown that corporations are actually people
