I haven't received my donor status

Hi, I don't know where to put this, so i'll put it here.

I donated 25mil ($5) over 4 days ago and I still haven't received my donor status. I'm only raising this as an issue since other people who donated at the same time or after me have all had their donor status given to them.

Who can I contact for help? I cant post proof if needed.
