Acctually, i believe this would be impossible.

SCAR runs on colours and runescape changes colours every time you log on, even though this problem has already been overcome, when it comes to trading it would be hard.
It would need to detect that you are getting the amount of laws you want, that it would trade the right amount of ess, that it says

at the end of every trade and when you trade say, 27/10, your script would have to say

or something along those lines.

It would be impossible (from my knowledge) to make a script that trades with people who say what you want as it would need to detect the username and trade with that person.

As for the 2 account idea, you would need a pretty fast computer to support the changing of the windows. Another factor would be white screen and your account would have logged off by the time the SCAR overcame white screen.

If this were actually possible, don't you think it would have already been made?

you could have it run the laws for you, IE you making teh laws, then you could wear the specific clothes....

 

I dont think it would be possible because there are so many people in world 66. You could make one for world 99 because there are not as many people so you would be able to find the colour easier.
