Was dicing the user for his 14.9m 07; against my 90M eoc cash

How they scammed:
User has begged for a DoN (double or nothing) I refused knowing he told me the max he had was 15m 07... Knowing already at this point he would not pay I continually kept refusing the DoN, and asked him to come meet me too pay. Few minutes later he went "offline" on skype, other users told me he was still online.
