    I have a question

    So here's the scenario;

    I ordered a rs07 power leveling and the dude said he'll finish in 3 days, Is it considered scamming if he didn't finish in for example 4 days?

    No the service has not been finished yet, Also another question, If someone paid a deposit for a service which he could NOT complete in a time span that he himself has specified, Then he decided to cancel the trade, Do we have to pay him the deposit back? considering he just wasted our time and got us nothing but trouble.

    To put it into an example, A hacker hacks your account and put 10m in the hacked account, You only realized just now and recovered it and got his 10m, He then asks for his 10m back which you obviously won't give.

    So tell me what I should do now?

    Deposit has to be repaid unless there's damage. In that case make a report and let staff decide what to do with the deposit. You should try to come to an agreement with the skiller on what the consequences are when the service is delayed or canceled.
