I have a question regarding paypal.

I have a question regarding paypal. Before i make a RS payment, they say i have to verify with a credit card. Is there anyway to bypass this? If there isn't and i enter a real cc, will they like bill that cc or send to my address a letter etc...i'm 14 -.- i dont have a cc. my parents will kill me if they like see a letter about their cc being billed or a letter in mailbox... please help... thank you.
