    I have a few questions

    If you have an account and set an Email, and you sent an appeal to recover the account, at the last page it will ask you to copy down a tracking number
    which on the next page you must enter to complete the appeal. Do you have to
    record the tracking # in order to see the appeal status or jagex will email you the status of the appeal?


    I'm having some problems with a Account Buyer. After he made a payment via Mail , I gave the information the day after he sent it. The info is real since he bought the account. So, The next day, he is claiming that he had made 4 appeals in 1 day? 2 days? but without recoveries but I can't imagine how long it takes to do wait for appeal status to say deny/accepted to re-appeal again. He cannot prove that the info is false because " he didn't record the tracking #'s. He also told me that he doesn't record them, he got emails from Jagex saying that he can check if his appeals were denied or accepted.

    I just want an opinion. Does email jagex you whether or not the appeal is accepted or not? Or you MUST record tracking # in order to see the appeal denied/accepted.

    They email you if you wrote your email down on "contact details".

    I've never got an email I don't think, record the tracking#.

    He told me that he tried recovering without any questions so I assume without the email too.
