i have a ? about deranking....

what is the best/safest way to derank without being banned i dont have turbo or anything

 

If you don't have turbo you really wouldn't be at risk of being banned.

Just be sure not to quit out more than 15 times in a day.

If possible keep it under 10.

Other than that the best way would be just to let the other team kill you as quickly as possible so the match ends sooner.

Or if you're going to be away from the Xbox just check back every 10 minutes or so, so you can start up another match as soon as one finishes.
