I hate when people don't read the rules about signature violations and believes that other people lack oxygen when in actuality they are the ones who lack it . I do love MODS like shredder who delete those over sized pics though.

• Take a Screen Shot of your signature via the Print Screen button
• Open MS Paint
• Ctrl + V
• Select your signature using the Select Tool
• 
• Right Click > Copy
• File > New
• Resize the white background so it is smaller then your signature (estimate)
• Ctrl + V
• Image > Attributes
• 
• Make sure the Option button is on 'Pixels'
• These are your Signature Dimensions

This is the maximum size your signature can be
