I got muted by a mod for telling a joke

ok i was telling a joke from jeff dunham the vantriloquist from comedy central if anyone has watched him he has a puppet named peanut and he sez dunham .com so i told the joke to my friend and the mod thought i was advertsing his website and i have alrdy posted an apology and i am still permanetly muted do they even read those or just let them sit there and let people feel like they want to quit the game because all of the poeple on their friends list keep talking to them and you cant say anything back so they think you hate them and its really depressing so plz will some1 that might be a mod that is on here help me my rs name is reynman0321 plz i need help i really feel like i want to quit and i am a monthly paying member so there would be 13 less dollars you make a month plz help
