I got hacked and the hacker scammed.

I just searched up my sythe and it seems like the user was from the UK or NZ or something, i live in CA, LA.. you can check the I.P. difference in the account seems like it was hacked and the hacker scammed.

I don't know if i'm responsible for the account or if the user who hacked me from another country is responsible for the I.P.

Either way i'm willing to refund, oh and if there still isn't anyway for me to get this sythe account back, i'm still willing to refund for whatever the hacker scammed I've never scammed and i'm pretty big on Powerbot don't want people to even think i have.

(Sorry for not checking in earlier i just started Runescape again for the summer)

When i try to log onto that sythe account, it says reason for being banned "Hacked" which means you guys know i got hacked, so i will be getting my original sythe account back correct?

Well i messaged the first guy, no response yet.
Can i do this: i don't have 30$ but looking at the scam report he was going to buy 100M for 30$ so i can just give you the 100M

and i'll give you 15M for the other guy , which totals to me giving you 115M
then once these guys respond you can give it to them?
