I got banned wrongly, please look

My name on Sythe was Calyahz. A while ago I was a fire caper on Sythe, but due to some very serious real life problems I was inactive for a while, which means I could not offer my services in that time. But some person had paid me for a cape, but due to my inactivity I could not do it for him. This was seen as scamming, which got me banned. I really want to know who the person exactly was and I'd like to talk to that person so I could still offer the service or give a refund, cause I didn't have any intentions of scamming and feel bad about the fact he lost his money.
