DNT recovery

My account has a do not trade on it, Im not sure what I did. The only transactions Ive made recently were with holy cherry and he can vouch more me on two of them. The only other thing I can think is chatting with a user and they started being rude to me so I was rude back. I can provide screen shots of transactions from up to two years ago. Also I could recover if an email is sent to the registered email of this acc.
