    Hi guys.

    About 2 days ago i was playing runescape yeah..and i wanted to do a recovery check,i did filled in all that stuff and bam

    Account locked.

    Now i try to recover with all my info and it says i don't got enough info to get my account back.
    It's my original account.

    Try recovering it again. Include as much information as possible.

    you should try to get it back again...if you can't....

    Rage quit or Make a new account or buy a new account

    keep trying but instead use your IP that you used to create the account this will help you dramatically.

    Damn, feel bad for yo.. just keep trying and you can also contact jagex via email, they would help you. What kind of acc was it?

    If you're the original owner, you should be able to recover it... Give it a couple tries every hour. Don't send in too many attempts though, as you may get Temp Blocked from using the service for a while.

    You should be able to get it back if you are on the same IP that the account was created from.. rack your brain trying to remember the most important details that you can. Just don't give up, they're bound to accept one of your appeals eventually.

    Try to explain to Jagex what happened. Tell them as many details as possible. If not buy a new account.

    What does it say you are missing from your recovery appeal *the reason it was denied.

    Wow, that sucks.. you need to find a way to get all the information you can to recover your account.. just keep trying until you get it.

    If your the OO you shouldn't have the slightest problem, just sit down and don't stare at the t.v and think about your previous account details and write them down and try again. I wouldn't give up...

    You must not be the original owner because you'd be able to get the account back instantly because of your I.P and first pass & recovery's,
    However, you should keep attempting to unlock it at least 2 times daily,
    If it continuously fails,
    Suggest you start new or buy an account from a trusted member,
    Sorry for your loss.
