I "found" an account

How about doing the honest thing and leaving it the fuck alone? A mod should issue you a TWC for this, seriously.

 

What is your fucking problem? A TWC for what?? Every single trade I have done on Sythe has been 100% honest, and I will continue to conduct my business here on Sythe like that. If I were to even sell the account, I CLEARLY stated that I would make it very clear that the account would surely be recovered by the original owner. I posted here to ASK QUESTIONS about whether something like that was even possible.

I have recieved my answer now, and it is very clear to me that any business whatsoever having to do with this "free" account is surely just going to lead me into trouble, whether it is selling the acc for somebody to goldfarm on, giving the account away, or using it to play on myself.

The account will be left alone and I am just going to forget that the kid ever even sent the user and pass over Skype in the first place, as it is surely a scam.

 

Exactly.
He never gave you permission to actually use the account, what made you assume that you were allowed to play with it? That IS considered hacking, whatever way you put it. You're not to judge what he was going to do with the account or not.

You're still not allowed to sell the account, regardless if you say 'it will be hacked'.

Why else would he just send me the username and password over skype, then log off? He obviously wanted me to log on and put items on it or get it p2p so he could scam me. I am not going to touch the account, I have made my decision. Nothing good will come out of it.

 

Good choice, if someone gives you an account randomly never log onto it, because it is probably hacked/stolen/an attempt to scam you.

 

Well people can stop posting and fighting with each other because I know what I am going to do with the account.... nothing

 

I kept the kid added on Skype so we can dungeoneer together again. Next time he logs in (if he even logs in again) I think I am also going to ask him what his intentions were when sending me the username and pass before abruptly logging out.
