Tested it, it works, you can keep doing this over and over to gain 1 law, 3 air, and 1 fire per time, do it 100 times and you gain 100 varrock tele's.

indeed not a bug if you spend alot of time in one spot then teleport 90% of time you will get a random.

Dude, that is not a bug/glitch. after you stay idle for a gew minutes in the same place, then you get always get a rnadom, try it at the G.E stay in your bank for about 5 mins then get out alch and you will get a random.

This isn't a glitch. There are hundreds of ways to trigger randoms.
