I feel like this ban was given in error...

About 2 weeks ago, I was banned for this exact same reason. This reason was that I had ban evaded and scammed from another used by the name bogeman. Like a couple weeks ago I told the mod that banned me that I am not affiliated with this guy and have never ban evaded, and even be accused of scamming. Ever. I guess the mod, whoever it was, maybe was not sure ? and decided to ban me for about 2 weeks, which I waited out even when I thought it was unfair and not warranted. Now, I find that I have been banned again for 2 weeks for the exact same thing? To be honest, can someone really some time and really look into this, and decide an appropriate outcome? I would like to know if I am permantely banned in which I won't be part of this community anymore or if this was all a mistake, which I am hoping it is. It really annoys me that I am being banned on and off arbitrarily.
