I don't know

Tanning at the beach, lost in my dreams,
Eyes closed, trying to sort all the screams.
I open my eyes, but it seems there still closed,
As I see a beautiful body, perfectly posed.

You look at me with such disdain,
Then I roll over and scream in pain.
I glare into your eyes and they're so rare,
Everyone turns as love feels the air.

From tanning on the beach to running around a track,
Good to know that someone finally has my back.
Moving in together five years later,
So glad you didn't turn out to be a hater.

In your free time you calculate the hours,
Meanwhile I come home with a bouquet of flowers.
We put up with all our friends wows,
Finally we made it through our vows.​
