    I deleted wbot and changed my passwords
    Do I need to system restore? From the looks of it they didn't seem to be infecting people as much as they might just take passwords put into the client.

    I'm just wondering if these guys mean business and I need to system restore backup paypal etc....

    Run a full virus scan with something like malwarebytes. If nothing comes up you should be fine.

    I'd format your PC if you didn't run it in a VM. It was fishy business to begin with.
