I'm guessing you mean RuneScape? http://www.runescape.com/ just press 'play free now' and you will get taken to the log in screen where you can create an account as well as log in to the game.

If you wanted the client for it you can download it here, however it's not an essential to play the game. http://www.runescape.com/downloads.ws
