• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Well I made 2 accounts because I forgot about my first account and I didn't know ban evasion was a thing I those 2 got banned. 2nd was mystical derp, which I made because I didn't understand ban evasion was a thing. 3rd one was Killigan, which I made 4 years later (today) because I forgot about my old sythe accounts. Both got banned today for ban evasion.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I got banned for posting viruses, but the only link I ever posted was to imageshack.us proofqg.png - Click to see more photos Looking back, maybe I could've used imgur (did it even exist back then) and sure there are a lot of ads, but it wasn't a virus, or at the very least, an intentional, malicious attempt to infect other computers. Because I feel that I was unjustly/hastily banned, I'm requesting a pardon for sellinglegacy614, and therefore mystical derp and Killigan (since it's not ban evasion if the original account isn't banned anymore) Thanks.

I googled the phrase "RECBot - INC. iDung PRO!", and someone else apparantly got banned for posting the same thing, suggesting that either a. I hacked his account or b. We both got hacked by the same party. I can't prove either one but I'm pretty sure it was b. You can check ip's and stuff to verify. I can't really be remorseful for an offense I didn't do, other than ban evading, which was victimless and actually not fair to me since I believe I was hastily banned (which is probably the case).

 

So you're saying you got hacked now? A day before you got banned, you posted from your home IP that wasn't linked to any other account. I can't find anything that indicates you were hacked.

I'm saying that the person who posted the dung bot thread was not me. Everything else, ban evade, posting threads on selling rsps stuff, mystical derp, Killigan, is me. My reasoning for the bot thread not being me is that someone else posted the same exact thread in sythe once too and got banned and complained it wasn't him.

 

Your story has changed from you posting it to you getting hacked. Which is it?

I feel like we aren't on the same page here and that is partly my fault due to my possibly vague wording. Which part of my response did I say that I, personally (the user) posted the viruses? (not the account, since I claim that my account got hacked.)

The reason I claimed that I only posted an imageshack thing is that prior to a couple days ago, I forgot that my account got banned for posting viruses (4 years ago), and especially since I believe I didn't do it. When looking at my post history for sellinglegacy614 I couldn't find that specific post (probably deleted by mods) so when I made this pardon thread, I was under the impression my imageshack links had some malicious ads and was the reason why I got banned. Also, take a look at this:

You're connected to justin151 by a proxy IP. You could've been hacked, yes, but to not say it blatantly soon after you were banned and when you initially started the thread is weird. I'll leave it at that.

Again, that is my fault. I'm still new to this forum thing and I was following the guidelines on how to format my pardon thread (as given by my first failed attempt to make my pardon thread). I saw that it said "

• Thread MUST be titled "[Your username] requesting a pardon for [ban reason], so I assumed that it had to be that. I know I got banned for posting viruses because when I tried to log into sellinglegacy614, it said I got banned for posting viruses. However, I didn't connect it to the fact that my account posted the idung thing as I forgot about that 4 years ago. I assumed it was because of my sketchy imageshack stuff. Sorry. The fact that my account is linked to justin by an proxy means it wasn't me right? Justin has a home ip probably which doesn't match the proxy ip, so Justin and I are two different people. Like, if I really didn't want to get banned, I woudn't have used a proxy but used a different account instead.

3 similar viruses by 3 different users. It is more plausible that you were hacked and the hacker posted the virus links for that specific post. It is less plausible that you hacked those accounts to post those virus links or that you collaborated with the owners of those accounts to post those virus links.

Its been a long time - you probably didn't do it. Your story is not inconsistent. I can't find much else. I support a pardon, and failing that a DNT.

Since the thread already has 4 supports, even if they are old, this is the 5th and so I've requested this go to a vote in the USL.
