I cannot view the market

I was given a DNT probably a year ago due to a name sold to Alex. The name I sold him
Was on an account that he bought from me. It was recovered and taken back from him by a person I thought was my friend. He reached out to me upset and I was able to recover the account and get him his name he paid for back. Everything was resolved yet I still can’t view the market ? Reach out to Alex to confirm what I’m saying is correct and the matter was resolved promptly yet my dnt was never lifted. Thanks
