I am shit scared.

If you really want to do well you know what you need to do for the next month or so. Get off runescape/sythe/xbox and dedicate that time to studying.

Work out a revision timetable split stuff up equally, get organised and go for it. Try doing different forms of studying, spider diagrams etc or whatever works for you best. Like you said yourself you are capable so just knuckle down for one month and see what you can get out it.

This happened to me also, I had a sudden relisation in my last year a month or so before exams that I had been under performing and came out my exams with the scottish equivelant to 4 A* A-levels. I'm now studying law at university.

I don't know exactly what GCSEs are, but they sound like the SATs in America.

Basically, don't stress it. I got a fairly mediocre score on my SAT (took the test the same day we were playing the #2 football school in the state, so I was a bit distracted), and still got into the college I wanted to. On top of that, I have a full ride scholarship.

Not only do I not have to pay a penny to go to school, but I'm getting PAID to go to school.

 

Don't think like this.

If you think negatively, it will have an effect on your performance, and you will actually do alot worse, than if you had believed in yourself in the first place.

It's called something like a self-confirming-circle. You confirm your own doubts, by being in doubt.

 

I left school with no GCSE's, it hasn't affected me at all. Infact i'm earning 3x more than alot of my friends who are struggling to make enough money for a night out and on paper they are more qualified than me.

 

Personally, if you play runescape I would advice you take a step back and concentrate on your GCSE's in hand.

 

Guys, you've been great to me you really have, I've gone from doubting everything to not doubting at all, well apart from French but meh it's French you've been so great an I've realised I can do most of the stuff just when I got stressed my mind blanked and it scared me, an the facts like 17 days of school left. I'm happy with it now and just need to find a good way to revise so if anyone has any tips that would be really appreciated. Thanks everyone so much <3
