I am on a university ISP

[The Mouse]

I attempted to create an account but it appears my university IP has been banned. Would it be possible to un-ip ban the address and allow me to become a member? Thank you.

I think you might be confusing the "you've already registered" page with the "administrator has banned your IP address" page. Please note that reading stickied threads is extremely important on sythe.org.
