    I am not sure if this is scamming.

    DO NOT BAN HIM YET! HE MAYBE IS PAYING BACK!

    Why do I think he is scammer?
    Well I sold him my runescape account. He refunded his money back.
    He said that he would pay me back after he would come back after work.
    I waited him for two hours. After that I recovered my account back.
    He said that he would talk to me later tonight.
    After 14-16 hours he said that he wants his membership back.

    If he truly didn't know about refund?
    He has used then stolen PayPal account. I've got message from the mail which paid me 25USD.

    He wants his membership back which means that he tried to scam (?):

    He said that he'll get the money back but I never got so I recovered. I was kind of impatient too.
