i am baked ban

hello mods,

i was just checking in on sythe and saw that i was banned in a case regarding sarsi.
i in fact asked sarsi for his skype because i had a low level g maul rusher he was looking for but never got around to adding him just yet due to work etc.
there are a few things wrong here to my believe, i mean i asked him for his skype that is true. but i think it is unlikely no one else has his skype that has either been or is still using sythe.
therefor i think this judgement is a little too early, also i want to mention i was scammed for a total of 243m on sythe when i was new and it doesn't seem logical to me that i would try to scam 20m and get myself banned and lose the chance to ever get refunded for just that small fee of 20m.
hope you guys can look into it.
