    Legit if your lucky. To your own awareness these are phished accounts... Don't say there not 'cause I know.

    Disabled for a reason... Take a wild guess. - and thats not the reason why I know there phished.

    Damn, really? He was wrong, if you have more than one account, get a steam account manager (logs you in through a proxy) and disable prevention tool (I forget how it works, but it does what the name implies).
