Due to the ongoing c&d's and dmca's jagex are sending out we ultimately decided to close hydratech.

As per HydraTech's TOS that all users agreed to when opening a ticket (they had to accept tos before they can type or do anything within the ticket):

4- Products and Usage All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. A usage licence must be purchased for you to be able to use any of our Services. If the usage licence is time-limited, the usage licence will be limited to the agreed-upon duration and will expire thereafter. The licence and/or Services will be bound to your HWID unless stated otherwise. Hydra Technologies will not be held liable in any circumstance for any damage caused by ill use of said Services or its related materials and we may permanently terminate or temporarily suspend your access to the Service

Nowhere did it state that when I joined and just like every other server there’s a TON of writing that nobody actually reads, also might I add in my video there are 4 different discords and they all don’t have the same ToS, also I asked for a refund multiple times and was laughed at. (I never even got to use the auto agility, tithe farm, or the auto sara i purchased, I NEVER got to use those at all. ) Those plugins alone were 1b , the rest all together was well around 3-4B, ToS is out of the window when you completely nuke a server without telling the customer anything at all. Also when I made complaints about some of the plugins not working properly I was also just made fun of, this doesn’t even count all the downtime which was pretty much constant when you couldn’t even launch hydratech. Don’t hide behind ToS tactics when you nuke 4 different discord servers at once after selling me 4b in plugins which half I NEVER got to use.

I would like to clarify some things that are incorrect with your statement(s).

You accepted our ToS multiple times, evidence of this has been sent to Techie already.

You’ve just admitted you didn’t read our Terms, to be blunt, this isn’t our problem.

Whilst we had multiple servers, the same ToS was present throughout, if Sythe staff need evidence of this anyone on the team can provide it.

You had plenty of time to use your plugins, which, whilst irrelevant given our TOS, is worth pointing out.

Yes, we had periods of downtime, often as a result of Rev updates, and such, but more often than not these were resolved within a few hours.

Yes, many people made fun of you in the servers, as they have done in this thread, which have all been hidden (some have been very amusing, thank you for the laughs). But honestly, when you act like a child, having continuous meltdowns, spouting lies, etc. what do you expect?

Im not sure there’s anything else for us to add here, Sythe staff if you need anything else just let us know.

A, even if I did know your TOS (which I don’t) I never ever got to use half of the plugins I purchased before you nuked the server. This is unfair and I do deserve a refund for bare minimum the agility/tithe farm/sara boss

I never got to use any of those and I paid over 1.4bish for them.

B. The way you talk about people generally makes me sick. Like as if scamming wasn’t enough you have to insult me aswell.

I just don’t find it funny. I never did, and when I asked for a refund in the past because of the extreme harassment you still didn’t concede.
