Hurt feelings

recently whilst trying to show the UE team noone cares my feelings were hurt. I was told that the UEs don't value my opinion!?!?!?! So now I sit here sad, knowing all them special people who really only want to help the community don't like me.

Advice would be greatly appreciated on how to avoid this mental trauma

 

Although this is obviously a troll, I'm going to go on with it and give you the answer.

The way you conducted yourself in that thread was rude, and more than anything seemed to be attacking us rather than giving us an criticism. We value opinions of all members, some more than others, and we try not to leave users feeling disappointed. I'm sorry if I came off a bit rude, but this was only because I felt you were attacking my team and me, and I felt I had to get defensive. Feel free to give us any constructive criticism in the future.

 

Is it just me or this is more of a rant than asking for advise?

 

Your opinion did not help us at all because quite frankly, it was foolish. On that thread, we were trying to get constructive criticism on how to improve User Education and you call us a laughing stock. I took offense to this.

In the future, please make sure you give constructive criticism. We can forgive you, of course. Think no more of it. I'm sure the team would forgive you as well.
