Counterscammed me for £30 ukbt, i'm fine with it just wanting staff to know because i doubt he got given permission to counterscam + mainly making this thread so mods know that he's apparently going to refund people i scammed and isnt just going to run off with a free £30

@Aroo who gave you permission to counter scam?

 

Nobody gave me permission to counter-scam, I messaged this person a few days ago regarding buying/selling gold and he would ignore me every time.

I then saw 2 scam reports on him: Dragozd is a scammer & "Dragozd" scammed for OSRS Gold

Today he messaged me on Skype and asked to buy gold, so instead of paying him I thought the money should go to his former scam victims...

If this isn't allowed then I apologise I am relatively new to the site and I can refund/pay him if that's what is required, I thought I was doing a good deed.



P.S - The money he "Sent" me hasn't even gone through just to put it out there it could have been a false payment. But regardless if I am in the wrong I apologise, I just didn't want to see a scammer get away with it.

 

@Aroo turned out he never sent the money though you should not counter scam anyone without permission of staff or you'd risk having to pay for it yourself. Have a nice day!
