Current stats: 30 attack, 30 strength, 1 defence, 70 range, 13 pray

Desired: Barrow gloves (have all the stats ready non combat wise), 60 attack (quested), 90 strength, 42 def (quested), 90 range

So I would like to make this into a Zerker account.

Overall: Need all quests for barrow gloves; currently on 20QP or so (have all non combat stats)
30-60 attack (through the quests)
30-90 strength
1-42 def (through quests)
70-90 range

Please note I dont know the quests that level the attack, or the defence - someone experienced in zerkers only
