Not really a sea shell.. But just like a tiny sea snail on his salad leaf.. It was at the one at the Gold coast..

I doubt there was enough lettuce on that burger to hide a sea snail... Somebody put that in your food, I don't see how they can put that small strip of lettuce on a burger with-out noticing a sea-snail!!!!
